Porter Custom Home Design has been designing homes, additions and renovations for years.

We substantially design everything we build from $600,000 homes to $1,000 decks.

In 2007 the provincial government required that those designing buildings, and additions be qualified to do so. Designer as they are now called, are required to take courses and pass examinations of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. We did this and are licensed to provide construction drawings for buildings in Ontario. We have what is called a BCIN number, 25458.

A typical set of plans provided on 24″x36″ sheets includes:
